First off, children must be sorted from a young age. Everyone should absolutely not be learning the same thing. Public schooling & home schooling should both be illegal, since they tend towards different problems. Public schooling is like a prison, it’s incredibly boring and is not individual enough. Home schooling is bad for a different reason, it’s relying too much on the parents, who may be horrible teachers for the children. It also demands that biological parents have control over biological children.
A future world will not allow biological parents to have so much control over their biological children. This is a throwback to an earlier era, and it must end.
Once children are sorted, they should be sent to live in an environment that works for them. Children who are especially sensitive, wise, and intuitive will be sent to schools that really help to expose them to good ideas. Rather than something like kings or billionaires who get to give their children the best education, instead it will be reserved for children who are found to be brilliant, and no longer based on circumstances of birth.
It will take some time for parents to accept this fact: you don’t own your children, your biology is not your lone property to influence, and your extended family doesn’t get to impress ideas on them. However, a good benefit is that families will have their own values and beliefs, and families will be based on shared ideas in the future, not biology. So given families and groups will work together to build their own schools, and find children who fit in with them.
